I’m Jermany Dorsey, founder of Destins by Dorsey—a travel company devoted to creating unforgettable group adventures that go far beyond vacations.

My love for travel began in high school, when I was blessed with a six-week journey to Israel through the Mickey Leland Kibbutzim Foundation. From climbing the historic Mount Masada, to floating in the Dead Sea, to being baptized in the Jordan River—those powerful experiences forever shaped the way I see the world. They opened my heart to culture, history, food, faith, and the beauty of connecting with people from every walk of life.
